We opened June 2017, and are located in the heart of Little Rock at the bottom of Cantrell Hill. (Across from Cajuns Warf.) Our 7,500 square foot facility houses state-of-the-art equipment that is hard to beat in all of Central Arkansas.

We offer individual and group classes in weightlifting, gymnastics, strength training as well as personal training and nutrition workshops. Kid's classes focus on conditioning through fun fitness activities. Alpha Athletics coaches work side-by-side to guide and encourage you to meet you individual needs. And we offer specialized strengthening and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages.

Beth Ann is a passionate coach! She became a competitive gymnast at an early age before switching to cheerleading and track in high school. After graduation she moved to Colorado to attend the National Personal Training Institute. She also was a competitive gymnastic coach that led teams to state championships. In 2004 Beth Ann became a certified personal trainer through the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Today, she holds a certificate in the following areas:

Raised in Ruston, LA, Alex moved to Arkansas to attend Ouachita Baptist University to complete a B.S. in Biology in 2009. And in May 2017, she graduated from UAMS College of Pharmacy. Alex is a pharmacist at SCA Pharmaceuticals by day, and Alpha Athletics coach by night. Alex loves to compete, so if you ever need a partner or teammate she will gladly join in! Alex is well versed in nutrition for athletes, especially in Renaissance Periodization (RP), diet and training backed by science. Ask her why thousands of athletes are following RP.
