All of the workouts programmed at Alpha Athletics are around a foundation of functional movements. These movements took the the best parts of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more to create a new fitness routine. So you can't be boxed into one sport. We believe that these are the core movements to a healthy life.
